Participative workshops are amongst the best ways to engage and communicate with a group of people at the same time whilst generating fresh ideas and encouraging buy-in to  concrete action.

 

Designing and planning these workshops, in addition to your normal day job can be time  consuming. Delivering them, when you are also trying to be an equal and impartial participant and contributor requires the supreme multitasking abilities that most of us do not have.

 

We will work with you to understand your requirements and your desired outputs from your workshop and design and facilitate an engaging workshop which delivers.

 

We will also produce an agreed project plan derived from the agreements from the workshop and either do the initial follow up with the workshop participants before handover to you or proceed to manage the project plan to full implementation of the tasks and actions, as required.
